Perhaps this article should be updated again, to respectfully note that Shinzo Abe was assassinated on 8 July, 2022? Meaning we are unable to petition him, as suggested at the bottom of this article, on behalf of the Asian comfort women.

It may be of interest for Emi Ito to know that Dutch descent Indonesian women were also forced to prostitute themselves for Imperial Japanese Army soldiers. But as she dismisses all "white women" (please define!) as white supremacist colonial invaders they probably don't count in her olympics of the oppressed.
